Cancellation Policy

Webinar Booking Policy – The Lash Retention Secret: Exclusive Webinar     1.    Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Payment options include credit/debit card, Klarna, Afterpay, and other approved buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) services.     2.    BNPL Terms If you choose Klarna, Afterpay, or another BNPL provider:     •    You are responsible for completing all payments according to the provider’s schedule.     •    Refunds from us will only be processed after the BNPL provider confirms payment has been reversed.     •    Any disputes with the BNPL provider must be handled directly with them.     3.    Cancellations & Refunds     •    There are absolutely no refunds after you have attended the webinar.     •    If you request a cancellation but still attend the webinar, you forfeit any ability to cancel or be refunded.     •    If you miss the Zoom session without requesting a cancellation, you will not receive a refund.     •    Missed webinars can be accessed via a Zoom recording for a $27 fee.     4.    Access The webinar will be hosted on Zoom. You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and access to the platform. Recording or sharing the webinar content is strictly prohibited without prior permission.     5.    Technical Issues In case of technical difficulties on our end, we will provide a recording or alternative access. We are not responsible for issues caused by your device or internet connection.     6.    Privacy Your personal information will be used solely for webinar registration and communication. We respect your privacy and do not share your data with third parties.
